I feel like I have found a passion, such as organizing all the puzzle pieces together to successfully manage an entire vertical in the real estate sector, instead of looking at buildings like houses and structures I wanted to take a personal approach to making homes. 

From the beginning the real estate transaction until the end of the warranty period and in some cases beyond the resale of our signature homes we offer the financing in addition to the build so that everyone can afford our Homes. 

We are interested in working with anyone that wants to buy a home, rent a home or build a home because we pride ourselves in offering for design, building and finance of our construction projects 

How I can Help you

I have learned techniques of how to take a challenge and turn it into an opportunity that I love to share every chance I get. I wont just tell someone how to do something, I will show them how to do things and that I am also doing it, have done it or been through a similar situation. Generally people come to me to help them build confidence in themselves. I am brutally honest and caring to a fault but, I am also very direct, I don’t like to waste my time or my words, In my heart I always want to see someone in a better position after we meet than they were in before our encounter.  

I feel like I can see the forest for the trees and that maybe where someone may feel like they see a little spark of genius in me. I believe that I try to be amazing at everything I tackle because that’s the only way that you can enjoy the fruits of your labours. I put a lot of pressure on myself to try to be the best at any task I take on while giving each task 100% efforts and if I can’t be amazing myself, I know when to pass it off to someone that can help bring the vision to reality.
