I am the Sales and Marketing department for Welcome Home Construction.

As a former entrepreneur, I have spent years building and growing businesses to serve the public. My biggest achievement when working with Welcome Home Construction is making every customers’ building dreams come true while making them feel like family. From selecting designs, to answering any call and update on projects, I am there every step of the way.

Who Inspires Mischelle?

It may be cliche to say my coworkers and parents, but I’m truly blessed to work in an environment with people who want to see me succeed. Knowing that our team has decades of experience and are always ready to find a solution to any problem, I truly feel that it helps in delivering the best to our clients. My parents will always be rooting for me and provide me with wisdom only a parent can offer their child.

My words to you:

Don’t let your big dreams scare you! Since I was young I dreamt of finding a calling in life that would not only bring me personal satisfaction, but help others and change peoples lives. No one is too small to make a ripple in this ocean of life.
