WHC will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the anticipated schedule but cannot guarantee completion dates.
6. Permits & Inspections
Where included within the scope of work, Welcome Home Construction will coordinate required permits and inspections.
Approval of permits and inspections remains solely under the authority of the applicable municipality or governing agency.
7. Third-Party Consultants
Some projects require architects, engineers, surveyors, environmental consultants, utility providers, or other professionals.
WHC coordinates these parties where applicable but is not responsible for services performed independently by third-party consultants.
8. Changes to Scope
Any changes requested after work has commenced may require:
