Foundation & Below-Grade Waterproofing

Water infiltration is one of the most common—and most expensive—causes of long-term building damage. WHC provides foundation and below-grade waterproofing solutions for new construction and major renovation projects throughout Kitchener-Waterloo.

By combining quality waterproofing materials with proper drainage systems and proven installation practices, we help protect your investment from moisture, foundation deterioration, and costly future repairs.

Foundation and below-grade waterproofing for new construction and renovation projects in Kitchener-Waterloo.

Whether you’re constructing a new home, adding an addition, or repairing an existing foundation, WHC ensures waterproofing is completed correctly before backfilling and final grading.

Our waterproofing services include:

  • Foundation exterior waterproofing membranes
  • Weeping tile and drainage system installation
  • Below-grade damp-proofing
  • Waterproofing assessments for existing foundations

We treat waterproofing as structural insurance—not an afterthought. Every waterproofing system is carefully planned, installed, and inspected before backfill, when any adjustments can still be made efficiently and cost-effectively.
