Service Call Minimum – $250.00
Our minimum service charge includes:

- Initial diagnosis and troubleshooting
After the minimum service visit, additional labour is billed at:
$150.00 per hour
Materials are billed separately based on the fixtures, piping, fittings, and products required to complete your repair or installation.
Before completing any work beyond the initial diagnosis, we’ll explain the scope of work, discuss your available options, and obtain your approval so you understand the costs before work proceeds.
