Site Meeting or Field Review

A site meeting or field review may include:

- Coordination with the owner, contractor, or consultant

- Discussion of potential corrective options
- Review of cost and schedule implications
- Documentation of recommended next steps
The starting fee may vary based on location, travel, preparation, required document review, meeting duration, and whether a written report is requested.
Third-Party Professional Fees
Third-party consultant fees are either:
- Included within a fixed written proposal; or
- Billed at the disclosed professional cost plus a 15% WHC coordination and administration fee
The selected structure will be confirmed in writing before authorization.
