Project Overview

The Courtland is a 12-unit multi-residential development completed in Kitchener, Ontario, for a private client in 2005. As one of Welcome Home Construction’s earliest multi-unit residential projects, it represented an important milestone in the company’s growth and demonstrated our ability to successfully manage larger, more complex residential developments.

This project helped establish many of the project management systems, construction coordination practices, and quality control processes that continue to support our apartment, condominium, and multi-residential projects today.
