Casa Villa Developments is Welcome Home Construction’s flagship multi-residential development, located in Upper Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia. The project consists of 160 purpose-built stacked townhome condominium units and represents a significant milestone in WHC’s continued growth as a developer and licensed general contractor.
Delivered in partnership with Osprey Inspiration, this community has secured direct financing through CMHC and serves as a proof of concept for affordable, purpose-built rental housing delivered through innovative financing and collaborative partnerships. WHC is responsible for coordinating the project’s planning, construction, scheduling, quality control, and delivery while meeting the milestones required for large-scale institutional financing.
